My name is Jason Hopkins and I run this site and a host of others that form a web of networked sites, all with unique and original content. Each week new blogs will be added into the network and like niche sites linked together. The end goal will be hundreds of connected sites generating thousands of unique visitors looking for very specific content. If you build it, they will come. If they come, they just might buy something you are selling. The end goal is to make money right? Let’s work together and make a butt load of it.
Blog Network
Each blog links to anywhere from 3 to 5 of my other sites that I run and up to 12 sites in total. This creates something called a link in or link back which helps with search engine rankings. There are no reciprocal links required; it is all on a one way exchange which creates a chain that will continue to grow as I add sites into the blog network. Links subscriptions are good on a yearly renewal plan and are very affordable.
Unique Content
Content is provided in 2 methods, the kind I create and the kind subscribers to my network create. I am by no means a professional writer but I can throw together a few sentences that fit a particular niche or area of interest related to a keyword domain. Subscribers can provide content on a per article basis or can subscribe for monthly memberships that allow unlimited articles to be posted. Each article can contain a maximum of 3 external links as to not flag the content as garbage. Seriously, who wants to read an article where every other word is a link? I don’t and I refuse to allow that sort of content through the doors here. Articles submitted will not be deleted unless the links from the pages are changed to something other than what was originally being promoted. Articles may be deleted that are older than 12 months.
Pricing
Everything in life is negotiable and it will be cheaper to get in on the ground floor of this network. As the blogs mature, the prices will increase. Some blogs will be cheaper than others and all of the pricing will be based on the quality of the domain and/or the traffic it receives. I have basic pricing guidelines that I work off of and I will give discounts for bulk purchases or extended subscription memberships.
Terms of Service
This post will serve as the terms of service. I retain the right to remove any content or link for any reason and especially anything that I feel takes away from the value of the blog and the network in general. You are responsible for the articles you submit and the products you promote, keep it legal and legit as I will report all scams and thieves. If your content is removed, there is no refund, all sales are final. The are no guarantees with service, I am selling an outlet for your articles and a link to your site, nothing more and nothing less. If a domain is sold that you have a contract with, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund. It is your responsibility to request said refund. When it is all said and done, I own the blogs and have final say in all matters.
